Tampa Events serves the entire metro Tampa Bay area. Our warehouse is located in Clearwater, but we serve all surrounding area and can go beyond the metro area for an additional fee.

Yes, the majority of our items are difficult to move without the proper equipment. We offer delivery to the Tampa area including Saint Petersburg, Clearwater, and Dunedin areas.
Yes, our warehouse is located in Clearwater, FL. We are open by appointment only, so please contact us to schedule a time to visit.
We have a variety of chairs to offer our clients, including crossback chairs, chiavaris, and garden chairs. Our Chiavari chairs are available in Gold, Rose Gold, White, Black, Natural, Mahogany, and Clear. Our Garden chairs are available in White and Black.
We recommend reserving as far out as possible, but we realize last minute needs can arise. For urgent orders, we encourage you to call. It is NEVER too early to reserve your event items, we have many weddings booked well over a year in advance.
We take a deposit at the time of booking to reserve the items, and then the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the scheduled event.
Yes. Most orders are delivered by our staff. Depending on the needs, we can also deliver and setup the items. Every situation and venue is unique, so we encourage you to reach out to us to explore what options are available to best serve you.
